- Influencing local Government Policy in the long-term interests of young people
- Providing a platform from which Urban Youths Flex can give London Community Consortium members to become Voices of Inspiration, knowledge and influence in their families, amongst their peers, in their communities and the society at large both in Britain and in the world
Who We Are
The Urban Youth Flex Radio is made of youth practitioners, and young social commentators and community champions, who want to make a difference through proactive social action using digital media.
The Urban Youth Flex Radio will achieve this by:
- Providing a meeting place and forum for discussions for responsible young people who have a passion to be involved in social action in their community
- Sponsoring research, lectures, conferences, community programmes and activities to raise awareness and to addressing common challenges of London youths
- Influencing local Government Policy in the long-term interests of young people
- Providing a platform from which Urban Youths Flex can give London Community Consortium members to become Voices of Inspiration, knowledge and influence in their families, amongst their peers, in their communities and the society at large both in Britain and in the world
